We process your name and email when you create an account. For password accounts, we store a salted password hash. If you choose Google sign-in where available, we receive the account identifier, name, and email needed to sign you in. We also process the product website and profile details you provide or import, including available logos, public listing links and scan results, your edits and saved run plans, and messages you send to support. Our hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and secure the site.

We use account and workspace information to provide the features you request, protect the service, and respond to support requests. Hosting providers process data to operate the site and workspace. Listing checks fetch public product pages and may send product names, domains, or public URLs to directory search providers to find matches. Those checks are searches for existing evidence. When you follow an external link, that site applies its own privacy practices.

We use cookies for sign-in sessions and, when used, to complete Google sign-in securely. Browser storage saves your theme preference and demo drafts on your device. You can clear these through your browser settings.

If you purchase through Paddle Checkout, Paddle processes the payment and handles billing data as described in the Paddle Privacy Notice. We send order and account references to associate your payment with your run. Listing Run stores transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts, and refund information to fulfill the order and help with billing questions. Card details are handled by Paddle.

We keep information as needed to provide your workspace, protect the service, handle disputes, or meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to its use, or complain to your local privacy authority.
